Drake Single Sign-On: Where We Are, and Where We’re Going

Over the next several months, Drake Software will be transitioning to a single sign-on (SSO) model for accessing Drake websites and applications. “Single sign-on” allows users to sign in to multiple accounts with one set of credentials. Eventually, all Drake users will have only one username and password for accessing Drake applications, but this change will happen over time, in phases.

Drake Software is committed to keeping you up to date as the migration to single sign-on continues. This webpage will continue to be updated as new phases are completed and as others near.

What’s Happened?

Phase 1 (completed October 19, 2022): The Drake User Manager is launched and integrated with Drake User Accounts (support.drakesoftware.com), and SSO is activated for Drake User Accounts. Drake users will now be prompted to establish SSO when logging in to their User Account for the first time.

What Should I Do Now?

If you have not already, log in to your User Account at support.drakesoftware.com to get started. Note that when you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to log in with the email address and password linked to your User Account. Follow the prompts to complete the single sign-on steps.
