Drake HUB is Here

Here’s what you need to know about this update and how it benefits your workflow.
What is Drake Hub?
When logging in, you'll now land on the Home tab of Drake Hub — your new control center for navigating the tools and tasks you use every day. This page provides a snapshot of your recent client activity, shortcuts to essential features, and centralized access to your apps and staff management.
What Hasn’t Changed?
While the login experience is new, many things remain the same:
- Your login credentials and user permissions are unchanged.
- You’ll still find support content and User Manager features.
- Any existing bookmarks to Support.DrakeSoftware.com or User.DrakeSoftware.com will still work.
Key Features of the New Drake Hub
Drake Hub is organized by intuitive tabs to help you manage your practice more efficiently:
Home Tab
Your new launchpad, featuring:
- Recently accessed clients
- Quick links to common actions
- Easy navigation to other areas of the Hub
Apps Tab
Open any Drake Software application you're licensed for in one click.

View and manage both tax and non-tax clients with built-in shortcuts to frequently used tasks.

Formerly part of User Manager, this tab lets you:
