New Test Specifications for EA Exam

The IRS recently updated the terms for the Special Enrollment Examination. These are posted on prometric.com/irs. Also, there is a version posted for those who want to compare to the previous version. Part 3 now focuses more on ethics and representation and less on e-file. Candidates taking any part of the exam beginning May 1, 2013 can expect to see these changes.
