Tax professionals who have already renewed their PTIN and need to update their credentials must do so by calling the PTIN helpline at 877.613.7846.  A representative will be able to update the information over the phone.  Those who have not yet renewed their PTIN may update their credentials online during the renewal process.  The IRS is planning to add the ability for everyone to update their credentials online next year.
