RTRP Update

Refunds may be requested,  for anyone who may have scheduled the RTRP exam, using their PTIN account. Once logged in, you may cancel your exam and complete the request for refund form. The IRS may take up to 60 days to respond. Additionally, Prometric may be contacted at 855.477.3926, or wait to see if the IRS returns to the RTRP exam.
