Drake Tax tying for Overall Satisfaction (4.6 out of 5) seems easy to explain when you look down the list of other categories where respondents gave it the highest rating: Customer Service (4.7), Federal Tax Law Changes (4.7), State Tax Law Changes/Updates (4.5), Research Services (3.9), Software Conversion Package (4.5), Technical Support (4.6), and Software Reliability (4.6). Even more impressive, 96 percent of the 518 Drake Software customers who responded said they planned to use Drake Tax again next year; no other tax preparation software reached 90 percent.
