Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills .
- Background in tax and/or accounting.
- Hands-on proficiency with MS PowerPoint .
- Experience with setting up presentation equipment.
- Training facilitation experience preferred.
- CPA and/or EA licensure is preferred.

Preferred:
- Experience supervising staff members.
- Masters in Tax, Business Administration or Accountancy.
- Experience with accounting and sales/use tax software systems.

Customer Support Representative

|
The Customer Support Representative (CSR) provides customers and end users with
product and technical support. CSRs answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming telephone,
voice mail, email, fax and live chat requests for assistance from users experiencing
problems with hardware, software, networking and other computer-related technologies
associated with the use of Drake Software.
|
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English or Spanish.
- Basic computer skills necessary to download files & use email and the Internet.
- Positive, friendly, helpful attitude.
- Ability to work peak season hours.

Tax Analyst

|
Tax Analysts work with a cross-functional team of programmers and quality assurance
specialists who are responsible for planning and delivery of multiple Drake tax
software products.
|
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of tax research products and techniques.
- EA or CPA, or extensive knowledge of tax law.
- Flexibility with hours during peak season.

QA Tester
Application Development

|
|
Responsibilities include executing test plans, reporting bugs and usability issues
on various software products, writing test plans for areas of new development, testing
software with and without test cases, and writing new test cases as required. This
position will interface regularly with other testers, programmers and analysts throughout
the software development life cycle to ensure delivery of quality products.
|
Requirements:
- Successful candidates will have demonstrated, hands-on experience with software
testing, be detail-oriented, an effective team player, and possess strong verbal
and written communication skills.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Business or commensurate work experience
is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum two years experience working in the computer
or accounting field is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency is required, including experience
with MS Office products and Windows operating systems.
